Blue Hawaiian wanted guests to be able to learn about tours and book through a website connected to its existing reservation systems. The engagement included:

Throughout the engagement, the teams communicated frequently so Codepoet could address software questions, improve integrations, and add features as operational needs changed.
Results
Custom Software
Blue Hawaiian reported that preparing daily reports for its parent company once occupied half of an employee’s working hours. Codepoet engineered an automated reporting tool that gave the company faster access to those reports and additional operational views.
Website Development
Codepoet built Blue Hawaiian’s responsive website in PHP using the Laravel framework, then provided software support and additional features during the engagement.
Codepoet also revised the API integration with Blue Hawaiian’s booking service. The integration replaced a manual reservation-copying step and moved reservation updates between systems. Pilots, reservation agents, and other staff shared positive feedback about the booking experience.
