Workflow Fit Call

Find a practical way to fix one costly bottleneck.

Start with the work, the systems involved, and the result your team needs.

In an initial Workflow Fit Call, we will discuss the process that is costing your team time, the systems and information involved, and whether integration, automation, software improvement, or AI could help.

The call agenda

What we will discuss.

01

The work.

Where it starts, who touches it, what slows it down, and what a good result looks like.

02

The systems.

The applications, documents, data, and permissions a solution would need.

03

The judgment.

What software can safely prepare or complete and what should remain with a person.

04

The value.

Whether the time saved, errors reduced, or response improved can justify an implementation.

A clear next step

What happens next.

We will tell you whether the problem appears to be a fit for Codepoet. You will see the deliverables, schedule, and price before committing.

Production experience behind the call

Built by people who understand existing software.

Codepoet has spent more than two decades building and supporting custom applications, integrations, databases, search systems, ecommerce, and operational software. We apply that production experience whether the right solution uses conventional software, automation, or AI.

A useful engagement starts with one clear problem, a responsible implementation, and evidence that the change helped.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

What happens during the 30-minute call?

We discuss one workflow or system, who uses it, where it slows down, the information involved, and what a useful result would look like. It is an initial fit conversation, not a complete assessment or design session.

Does the initial conversation cost anything?

No. The 30-minute conversation is a way to decide whether there is a sensible next step. If deeper assessment is needed, we will provide its deliverables, schedule, and price before you commit.

What should we prepare before the call?

Bring one process that is repetitive, slow, error-prone, or difficult to scale. A rough description is enough. You do not need a technical specification or an AI strategy.

What if AI is not the right answer?

We will say so. The better answer may be a conventional automation, an integration, a small software change, or no project at all. The goal is to identify a useful investment.

Are we committing to a project by scheduling?

No. The call is only an initial fit check. Any paid work begins with a separate, written scope, outcome, schedule, and price.
